Cascades Lifestyle Park Review

It was a rainy night yet it did not stop me from visiting the newest food park in Quezon CityCascades Lifestyle Park.

Fruitas Holdings, Inc. owns eight out of the ten stalls in this new food park venture. I tried few but meaningful dishes from some of their stalls. Here’s my verdict on each one:

Lechon anyone?

SHOU LA MIEN

I tried their Beef Brisket Noodles and Bola-Bola Siopao since I love Chinese food. The broth of the noodles was really rich in beef flavor. The noodles were also good. I would have loved it if they added more black pepper into it but for me, it’s a HIT. The steamed bola-bola siopao was pretty average. Nothing so special to it but it’s a very convenient snack if you’re on the go.

CHICKENINI

I tried their Deep Fried Chicken Neck. It was paired with a local sweet and sour vinegar. It was deep fried till golden brown and served in a metal basket. I love how crispy it is and it is also bite size. I’ll give it an ACE.

SABROSO LECHON

This has to be my favorite stall. Who doesn’t love lechon? I tried their Lechon Meal served with rice, atchara and gravy. My verdict? An ACE for me! I really love the crispy skin and tender pork meat. It was really cooked well.

HOUSE OF DESSERTS

I tried the Cebu Halo-Halo. Oh boy! It was topped with lots of goodies on it. I love the generous amounts of leche flan. I’ll give this a HIT.

Did you know that Mynt, the mobile financial service company of Globe, targets to accept GCash payments in all of the Fruitas Holdings, Inc. stalls? Pretty convenient!
