  3. My sister eats a few dark chocolate chips with some nuts for a healthy snack. I never had the taste for dark chocolate. I prefer Milk chocolate instead.

  7. I only use good quality dark chocolate for my baking but occasionally have a square or two with coffee. When I was a teenager I discovered that eating chocolates makes me sleepy so I tend to avoid them, even though I don’t have such an issue with dark chocolate.
