My Fitness Journey with Lunchbox Diet – Week 6

For the past five weeks, I have changed my diet and discovered a very convenient way to eat healthy & nutritious food without the hassle of preparing it. I’m on my Week 6 with Lunchbox Diet. It has been quite a journey and I’m proud of how I was able to lose some weight with this new diet delivery service. It gets tougher as I lose weight but LBD supports me all the way.

Check out my previous progress below:

Week 5

Here’s the menu for the whole sixth week:

Menu

Day 26: There’s something about LBD

There’s something about LBD that I noticed. They don’t repeat their menu which makes it more exciting to patrons like me. My favorite for this day would definitely be Rosemary Pork Tenderloin w/ Summer Vegetables.

Three Mushroom Chicken Congee
Healthy Tuna Wraps
Vegetable Sticks
Rosemary Pork Tenderloin w/ Summer Vegetables
My Twenty-sixth Day Meals (with Multi Grain Ube Muffin + Trail Mix)

Day 27: A walk to remember

So this day was a very special day to remember. I got my lunchbox late at past 9 am because of the heavy flooding and rain in the metro. I did not refrigerate it and eventually took it with me on my way to office. So moral lesson of the story… Always remember to properly store your food. I’ll discuss more of this in the next few weeks. My favorite for this day would be Tomato, Mushroom & Onion w/ Ham Omelette  + Homemade Wheat Bread.

Tomato, Mushroom & Onion w/ Ham Omelette  + Homemade Wheat Bread
Baked Tilapia Creole Style
Grilled Chicken Over Malunggay Pesto Pasta
My Twenty-seventh Day Meals (with Mango Panna Cotta)

Day 28: Legally LBD’ed

I felt like I’m officially a member of Team Lunchbox Diet. One of my friends also mentioned I’m the Lunchbox King! My favorite for this day would definitely be Chicken Salad w/ Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette. It was lite yet packed with amazing flavors. It’s not your ordinary salad.

Chicken Salad w/ Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette
Sauteed Tofu in Oyster Sauce
Pork Croquettes + Mixed Quinoa Rice + Corn Kernels
Vegetable Sticks
My Twenty-eighth Day Meals (with Tea + Lemon Oatmeal Cookie)

Day 29: How To Lose A Pound in 10 Days

I felt a bit demotivated this week. My schedule was a mess yet LBD helped me with their great selection of diet food. The Savory Breakfast Muffin is a sure HIT for me.

Savory Breakfast Muffin
Salisbury Steak
Creamy Garlic Butter Tuscan
My Twenty-ninth Day Meals (with banana, coffee and Blueberry & Cream Jelly)

Day 30: P. S. I Love LBD

I really love LBD and how it helped me change my lifestyle. I’m really confident with the program they gave to me. I love everything for this day. It’s an ACE day for me.

Eggs Florentine + Whole Wheat Pandesal w/ Squash Bits
Pork Loin w/ Pear & Ginger Sauce
Parmesan Baked Fish Fillet
Mixed Fruit Jelly
Vegetable Pinwheels

It wasn’t my best week. I think I could have done better in the gym and tennis court. From 214 lbs, I’m down to 192.5 lbs. My goal is to be less than 190 lbs next week. I’m slowly reaching my goals with the help of Lunchbox Diet. I need more discipline in terms of my food choices (on my cheat days… yes to Crispy Pata and Lechon Macau) and enjoy my exercise in the gym. I also learned about proper storage this week. I’ll discuss more of that in the next few weeks.
