Therefore it’s quite beneficial to have various groups of friends, depending on each group dynamic, to surround yourself primarily with the ones lifting you up (instead of bringing you down/or having a “bad” influence) 🙂

  2. Thanks for these tips! They are definitely helpful. I think the hardest to do is not to compare myself to others. With social media the way it is, it is so easy to compare. Working out is huge! And it doesn’t necessarily have to be at the gym, it can be jogging, hiking, playing sports, etc. I will say I feel pretty confident, when I spike a ball successfully playing volleyball or draining that 3-point shot during basketball.
