Banana Oatmeal Smoothie Recipe

Breakfast is the most important meal. Sometimes, we forget or skip it intentionally. With the help of Oster Ball Mason Jar Blender, you can now make a quick breakfast using my Banana Oatmeal Smoothie recipe in less than five minutes.
The ingredients

Here are the ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 banana, cut into thirds
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Follow this simple instructions:
