In recent years, more and more organizations have started using collaboration as a strategy for corporate growth and innovation. In a world where globalization and sustainability have become ever more important, organizations are discovering the benefits of forging partnerships versus promoting adversity.
It is in this spirit that Arla Foods, a global, farmer-owned dairy company with a vision to bring health and inspiration to the world naturally, has introduced Arla Pro.
A dairy foodservice concept created for the professional kitchen, Arla Pro matches Scandinavian values with expertise and innovation, quality excellence with a cooperative approach, and sustainability with a culinary mindset.
Arla Pro is all about forging meaningful partnerships to create better food and promote better business. Its mission is to help its partners conquer their challenges and contribute to their success with top-class products, personalized service, strong foodservice expertise, innovative support, and market insight resources.
Ultimately, Arla Pro hopes to come up with innovative products, develop marketing concepts, and create new trends in dairy consumption with its partners.
Nowhere is this drive to shape the future of dairy more apparent than at the launch of Arla Pro on January 23, 2019 at The Eye in Green Sun Hotel.
A gathering of foodservice executives and culinary professionals from all across Southeast Asia, it will be a showcase of the synergy between excellent products and exceptional talents.
Sharing their expertise in the culinary arts are, Chef Him Uy de Baron and Chef Dan Basilio paired with Arla Foods’ Regional Chefs, Chef Ryan Abuejela and Chef Pauline Lagdameo. These chefs will be whipping up gourmet creations using various Arla Pro products.
Topping off the day’s collaborative activities is a baking demonstration by Chef Chen Yao-shun, champion at the 6th biennial The World of Bread (Mondial du Pain) competition held in France in 2017. Chef Chen led the team from Taiwan, which bested 18 other teams from around the globe.
Further highlighting the importance of collaboration, the event also marks the partnership between Arla Foods Philippines and Global Pacific Distribution Network with the latter appointed as the official foodservice distributor of Arla in the Philippines.
Global Pacific is a premier food service distribution and importation company offering the best and highest quality products sourced from around the world. Arla Pro is also exclusively sold in S&R Membership Clubs nationwide.
