Miami Spice is a two-month-long celebration honoring the top restaurants in Greater Miami and the Beaches. It takes place from August 1–September 30, 2019, and allows people to sample three-course meals from the best eateries in the area at a reduced price.
Lunch/Brunch will set you back $23, and dinner is slightly more expensive, with a price of $39. But keep in mind, these prices offer a significant amount of savings if you factor in what it costs for individual menu items at the top restaurants in the city.
Some of the food available for a discounted price comes from such amazing restaurants like La Petite Maison, 107 Steak and Bar, Fooq’s Miami, Toscana Divino, Lure Fishbar, and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar among many others. With its reputation for elevated, international dining, sinking your teeth into this fine cuisine is possibly one of the ways to experience Miami for the first time.
Not only will you be happy, but your stomach will also be, too! If you’ve never been to Miami Spice before today, you’ll want to make sure it’s something you go to regularly in the future.
Excellent Accommodations Near Miami’s Most Popular Hotspots
The Hyatt Regency Miami is among the best of Miami’s many great downtown options. It’s close to all the sights and provides you with a comfortable place to lay down after a long day of festivities. The premium accommodation’s friendly staff, gorgeous views of the city, and ideal location make it one of the most frequented hotels in the city. In fact, it’s not far from many of the restaurants featured during Miami Spice’s month-long celebration.
The YVE Hotel Miami is a fun, boutique-style hotel that just oozes Miami style. From the eclectic design to the bold color palette, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a new world as soon as you walk in the lobby. Its central location makes it a short walk to Miami Arena and the city’s art and entertainment districts.
Places to Explore in Miami
Miami is culturally-diverse, exciting, and vibrant. From its beautiful beaches to its cigar-rolling history, it’s a place that never fails to amaze. If you’re looking for places to explore that are close to downtown, you have lots of options. The free Metromover train system will get you where you want to go. You can also walk, bike, or hire a cab or rideshare. It’s easy to get out and explore Miami.
Shopping remains a favorite pastime for locals and visitors, and there are many places for retail therapy, too. Wynwood is one location with a lot of fun and flair. You can listen to live music in between sorties in your shopping excursion.
Checking out the local museums is a quiet way to spend an afternoon. The Pérez Art Museum Miami and Patricia Frost Museum of Science are two places people love to explore.
And there’s always South Beach. With audacious nightlife, entertainment, and bars, this iconic neighborhood has truly earned its reputation for fun.
