Intermittent fasting has been very difficult for me. I can’t do it alone so I asked my friends to also do it for few days. It does help me lose weight and improve my mood overall.

I have tried intermittent fasting. Where I only eat between 12 noon and 7pm. And then the rest of the time I don’t eat. It definitely works!
I haven’t tried intermittent fasting before, but just try not to eat after 7pm when my boys go to bed. I can’t do any plan that has you skip breakfast because of my medication and can’t stop eating too early because of when we have dinner as a family.
