I really love mangoes since I grew up in a province with rich sources of this wonderful fruit. Few weeks ago, I stumbled upon a world class brand that creates pickled mangoes – Pik-a-Pikel.

Sangkutsa Food Products Inc., makers of Pik-a-Pikel® Pickled Mango, started as a single proprietorship last 2013 and it was incorporated last 2016.The flagship product, the Pickled Mango (Pik-a-Pikel), became an instant hit amongst Filipinos and even foreigners. It is now widely distributed in all major supermarkets and “Pasalubong” shops in the Philippines.The company proudly showcases their products on international conventions and exhibitions. It’s a very good food find. I tried several packets and bottles and I fell in love with it instantly. I can proudly say that this is a world class product and I hope it gets the exposure that it deserves in the future. Definitely a big ACE for me.

  1. Mmm, I love mangos and pickled mangoes too. I feel like they’re a part of my culture, but of course it’s part of many cultures. Pik-a-Pikel does seem like a good food find. Checking out theire web page ASAP.

  4. I’ve had mango and thought it was OK, but I’ve never had pickled mango. I’m not even sure what that would taste like. It sounds interesting though.

  10. I got to love mangoes when I visited friends in Taiwan, who had trees in their backyard. I’ve never tried or heard of, pickled mangoes, but I would try them if I ever have the opportunity.

  12. Mangoes is one of my favorite fruits after durian. Filipines is well-known for it mangoes when I traveled to Cebu few years ago. Pik-a-Pikel brand I have never heard of in Singapore but hope to see it soon in the supermarket.

  22. I love mangoes but have to say that I have never heard of pickled mangoes nor tried them. How do they taste? Have to see if I can find them here and give them a try.

  23. A friend of mine recently moved from Hawaii to the continental US and I know she loves pickled mangoes. I need to share this with her. She typically buys them roadside in Hawaii.

  24. I also like mangoes. Be it ripe, dried mango, or pickled mango. I’ve never tried the brand you mentioned here before though. I’ll look into it.

  36. I love pickled mangoes. They are so good and they are a perfect side to any fried dish. I will check if that is available in my area. I will check out their social media page too for updates on how to purchase that yummy treat.

  47. I’ve tried this brand and I like it. Pickled mangoes are a great alternative to fresh ones during the off-season. It’s good when paired with grilled or fried food.
