Fresh Salmon Selections from Salmon HQ

Salmon, a tender, reddish fish is one of my most favorite seafood in any menu. It has a very firm, rich, subtle buttery flavor. Did you know that a small serving of salmon around 100 grams is about 200 calories. It’s a great source of protein and very low in saturated fat.
