Tous Les Jours Reopened in Alabang Town Center

Tous Les Jours (TLJ) is a French-Asian artisan bakery that serves the leading quality produce daily. The brand came from a French phrase which means “every day.” The raw ingredients are carefully picked and sourced out from South Korea. It’s the perfect fusion of European and Asian concept: European styled bakery with Asian flavors and ingredients. The bakery offers five-star friendly service to each customers.

Recently, it re-opened its doors to the public in Alabang Town Center apart from its established stores at SM Megamall Bldg. B, Lower Ground Floor, EDSA corner, J. Vargas Avenue, Mandaluyong City, Greenbelt 5, SM Jazz, Eastwood City, Cubao, Vista Mall Sta. Rosa, SM San Lazaro, Serendra BGC, Lucky Chinatown, SM North Edsa, UP Town Center, SM Mall of Asia, Serin Tagaytay, Festival Mall, and SM South Mall.

Here are some of my recommendations for this month:

Apple Cinnamon Jam and Mini Castella

I tried their Mini Castella or Japanese Sponge Cake. It was very light and fluffy. If you press it down with your finger, it springs back easily. Moist and yummy, it can be perfectly paired with Apple Cinnamon Jam. A perfect spring and summer combo!

Caramel Walnut Muffin

If you’re not sure what to get, I’ll suggest you pick Caramel Walnut Muffin. It was moist and soft mixed and topped with California walnuts.

Soboro

If you’re a bit adventurous, pick Saboro. It’s a classic, crumbly Korean snack originated from German streussel brand. It was paired with a hot citron tea.

Mango smoothie with assorted donuts

If you love the classic chocolate and white chocolate donut, I suggest you pair it with mango smoothie.
