I got rid of white bread out my life a long long time ago. I have been drinking more tea and I love it.
I love my coffee. In the morning when I get up, I drink a full glass of water first. That really “jumpstarts” my body systems. I read somewhere that this morning habit helps flush out the toxins in our body. I am also glad that coffee is in your list.

I don’t drink coffee but I love tea. I unfortunately love it with a very sweet taste. I have been decreasing the sugar/sweeteners a little bit at a time to wean myself off of the super sweet taste. Thank you for a great article.
