Recently, I cooked my original CDO Funtastyk Tocino Pasta. It was made with sweet and salty 100% young pork that will surely give you a #Funtastykilig moment! CDO Funtastyk marinated meats provide delicious and convenient home-cooked meal solutions. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
1 pack or 450 grams of CDO Funtastyk Young Pork Tocino
2 packs of all purpose cream
1 cup of Danes cheese, grated
1 pack of penne pasta
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional) – basil, thyme, rosemary
Instructions:
- Boil the penne pasta until al dente. Set aside.
- Saute the garlic in olive oil until golden brown.
- Pan fry the tocino until cooked on both sides. Remove from heat and cut into small pieces.
- On a separate pan, mix the all purpose cream, tocino and grated cheese. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sauteed garlic and cooked pasta.Topped with excess grated cheese and tocino pieces. Add parsley if desired.
